Responsibilities in this role:

• Provide IT Support to Netex Employees,
• Hardware Support for Desktop PC's,
• Software Support for Desktop PC's,
• Rebuilding and Reconfiguration of PC’s,
• Application Support for MS Office Suite,
• Operate Help Desk and provide over the phone support.

Requirements and skills:

• Preferably graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, related majors such as Math, Physics,
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering with an aptitude for learning new technologies,
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair all forms of PC related problems,
• Ability to function well in a team environment,
• Strong customer focus,
• Willingness to learn and undertake formal qualifications,
• Any Microsoft Certification,
• Any previous experience with Computer Support or Administration,
• Experience in establishing and sustaining excellent relationships with the extended team,
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
